Opportunities to Win Great Prizes at TravelMatch 2026

Registered buyers at TravelMatch 2026 will have the chance to win attractive prizes. The prize draw is open to registered buyers and is based on the following conditions:

• Buyers must be registered no later than 14 April 2026.

• Participants must book and complete a minimum of seven (7) meetings.

• Buyers who registered before the campaign launch are also included in the draw.

• If two buyers attend and book meetings together, both are eligible to participate in the draw, provided the conditions above are met.

• The prize draw will take place during the event (see programme), and winners must be present in order to claim their prize.

• Different prizes may be subject to specific criteria, including certain blackout dates. Practical arrangements will be agreed directly between the prize provider and the winner.

Hosted Buyer Program

If you are travelling to Helsinki from outside the region, you can apply for our Hosted Buyer Programme.
The programme is designed to make it easier for selected buyers to take part, while ensuring a strong business focus for all participants.

As a hosted buyer, we offer:

• Return train/bus/flight tickets to Helsinki

• One overnight stay (single room, including breakfast)

In return, participation in the programme requires a minimum of 11 pre-scheduled meetings during the event. Meetings are matched based on your profile and purchasing interests to ensure relevant and meaningful conversations.

When registering as a participant, make sure you choose the correct participant category and agree to our privacy policy. Enter your company profile and personal data. In the networking profile, you describe your goals at the event and enter other networking relevant information in order to find the perfect networking match amongst participants.

After a successful registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and can immediately start networking with other participants.
